Telluride Express Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 15, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to ground transportation reservations booked through Ski Trip Advisors LLC (“Ski Trip Advisors,” “STA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Transportation services are operated by third-party transportation providers (the “Transportation Provider”). By booking, you (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

  1. Arrival Information
In the event you encounter any change in your travel arrangements (flight delay, cancellation, etc.), please notify Ski Trip Advisors as soon as possible so we can coordinate with the Transportation Provider. We will attempt to arrange a new pick-up time and possibly avoid additional cost to you. Please note that if you are on a shared-ride, you may need to wait on a vehicle while other passengers check-in and retrieve their luggage before departing for your destination.

  2. Departure Information
On the day of your departure, please have your luggage curbside or in the hotel lobby, available at the scheduled pickup time. For shared-ride reservations, due to other pick-ups, we allocate a 30-minute pick-up window.

  3. Shared-Ride Service
Shared-ride service means that you or your party will likely share a vehicle with other individuals or parties. Routing, timing, and vehicle type may vary to safely and efficiently serve all passengers.

  4. Baggage
Our fare includes two (2) bags plus one personal/carry on item. Oversized items such as ski/snowboard bags or golf clubs are to be declared at the time of booking. Bikes or other large items will incur a fee of $35. If the oversized item is larger than 5 feet in any way (except skis/snowboards) the guest must book a private vehicle. Bikes or large items must be in a bag or box.

  5. Children & Car Seats
Although taxis, shuttle vans and commercial buses are exempt from Colorado’s child passenger safety law, it is always the safest option to use car seats and booster seats, even when in exempt vehicles. Suggestions under Colorado law are for children weighing less than 40 pounds (18 kg) to be in an infant carrier seat; and children weighing between 40 and 80 pounds (18–36 kg) to be in a child safety seat. It is the responsibility of the parent or the guardian of the child to secure the equipment and child in the seat or carrier. Child safety seats may be available upon request for $5 per seat. Fee may be waived on private rides where applicable.

  6. Pets
Pets will be permitted if restrained or in a carrier. Pets taking up a seat will be charged the full adult fare. Service dogs will be allowed on shared-ride shuttles and will not be charged. Neither Ski Trip Advisors nor the Transportation Provider will be responsible or liable for the injury or loss of these animals, nor for any injury caused by the actions of these animals. Please let us know if you will be traveling with a pet when making your reservation.

  7. Lost or Damaged Items
The Transportation Provider will not be responsible for lost or damaged luggage or personal property carried in or on its vehicles unless such loss or damage is caused by neglect or wrongful act of the company or its agents, and in no event shall the company’s liability therefore be greater than $250 per piece of luggage or parcel. Please remember that many bags look alike. Drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each passenger. Upon reaching your destination, please check to ensure that you have retrieved all your belongings. We try our best to return items left in vehicles to their owners but assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning an item left behind must be paid by the owner of the item. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days. We recommend being extra careful with small items (cell phones, glasses, etc.) as they can be easily overlooked.

  8. Unruly Passengers
In order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we reserve the right to deny or de-board any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, passengers who do not conduct themselves in a proper manner, or those suffering from a contagious malady.

  9. Road Conditions or Other Delays
Neither Ski Trip Advisors nor the Transportation Provider will be held liable for delays caused by an act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, inclement weather, accidents, breakdowns, road closures, and other rapidly developing delay-causing factors. Departure and/or arrival times may be adjusted to facilitate safe travel.

  10. Limitations of Liability
Neither Ski Trip Advisors nor the Transportation Provider will be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond reasonable control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Nothing in the sale of this ticket guarantees connections with other travel arrangements (i.e. air, bus, train, etc.).

  11. Gratuities
Tipping is allowed and appreciated; however, not expected.

  12. Fares / Pricing Errors
We make every effort to show accurate information. In the event a fare is listed at an incorrect price, or a reservation is made with incorrect prices due to typographical, technical, or computer error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel and refund any reservations made at the incorrect fare.

  13. Discounts & Offers
All discounts, promotions or offers must be declared and applied at initial booking, either online or over the phone with an agent. Discounts, promotions or additional offers cannot be applied retroactively to an existing reservation; therefore, no refunds will be issued.

  14. Payments
Prepayment is required for all reservations (with the exception of approved billing accounts where applicable). We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

  15. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Applies to Shared & Private Rides)
Cancellation & Refund Policy: All shared and private ride reservations cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup are eligible for either (a) an 80% refund to the original form of payment, or (b) a 100% credit voucher (full value) valid for 12 months from the original reservation date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup. No refunds will be issued for travel plan changes less than 24 hours of travel due to weather, road or traffic conditions, airline rescheduling, etc. Nothing in the sale of this ticket guarantees connections with other travel arrangements (i.e. air, bus, train, etc.). Credit vouchers must be redeemed through Ski Trip Advisors and may not be used directly with Telluride Express. To request a cancellation, refund, or credit voucher, please email cancellation@destinationsystems.com (CC vacations@skitripadvisors.com) with your name + reservation number. Refunds and credits are subject to verification with the Transportation Provider and the timelines above.

  16. Location Data (If Using Provider Apps)
If you use any Transportation Provider or third-party app associated with your reservation, that app may collect and use your device’s location data to provide location-based services, including matching you with nearby drivers, calculating fares, and ensuring passenger and driver safety. Location information is collected with your consent and typically only while the app is in use. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

  17. Account Deletion Requests
If you would like to delete an account associated with a Transportation Provider platform used for your reservation, please contact the applicable provider or contact Ski Trip Advisors and we will direct you to the correct process.

  18. Messaging (SMS) Terms & Conditions
Upon SMS opt-in, you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry and/or transportation service request. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Opting Out: Reply “STOP” to any SMS message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. Help and Support: Reply “HELP” for assistance.

  19. Use of Data
By acknowledging these Terms, the customer understands and agrees that the data entered may be collected and used for purposes of processing and performing travel services, communications, planning, analytics, and sharing with third-party partners as necessary to fulfill the reservation.

  20. Acceptance
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Policy above.
